New Team Member, Business Development Manager Paul
My name is Paul Arden and I am the Business Development Manager for corporate accounts at one of the Synacy group companies. I am responsible for managing existing accounts as well as acquiring and maintaining new business for the company.
Before engaging in the field of sales and business development, I worked as a product trainer in a BPO company for two years. It was a good job, however, I wanted something more challenging. I shifted gears in my career towards working in sales.
Sales is a very rewarding career. I enjoy connecting with people and helping them find exactly what they need. I get the strong sense of fulfilment when I close the sale and hit the target.
As a Business Development Consultant in my previous company, I setup significant amount of business meetings and negotiations between prospect clients and the CEO. Synacy recognised my potential so I stepped up to the challenge and took the role of a Business Development Manager.
