New Team Member, Executive Sales Manager Paulo

I’m Paulo Garcia and I am the Executive Sales Manager for one of Synacy’s growing Australian client companies. I am in-charge of overseeing the entire sales team in terms of team performance and overall operations of the department.

I have worked in sales for many years now. Before joining Synacy, I worked as a business development manager where I was tasked to handle the whole business development team. That was the biggest achievement I had in my career so far. Although I held a high position in the company, I felt I was stuck up and not moving further up the ladder. It was then that I decided to join Synacy.

I first heard about Synacy through my previous employee. I was very privileged to meet the CEO himself and learn more about the company from him. The company’s dynamic work environment as well as the culture it brings us fascinated me to join. Also, the products of their client companies are easy to sell than any other products I have encountered. To be working in a company like Synacy is a great opportunity for career growth and success. You will enjoy the people you work with and will definitely look forward to work everyday.

As I have achieved so much in my career, so as for my personal life, I am about to tie the knot with my girlfriend after ten years.
