Working thoughts from CSR, John

I’m John Patrick Noel and I work as a customer service representative for one of Synacy’s clients. I basically handle customer inquiries by phone or email. I also do a bit of sales.

I worked in call centers for most part of my career and I grew tired with the call center setting, most especially working in the night shift. I heard about Synacy through Yman and I find the company very interesting. What I like most here is the fixed morning schedule. No more night shifts for me!

I believe this company will grow bigger and I am proud to grow with it. Synacy is way better than the previous companies I have worked with – great office, great benefits and free meals! Although it would be nice to have more activities like teambuildings.

I have had great achievements while working in the call center. One career achievement I had was becoming part of the pilot team for one of the bigger phone companies in the USA. Another is being the top trainee in our team. I was offered for a Team Leader position but then I turned it down.

For the more personal side, I have learned to manage my time more. Juggling work, family and my band can be very tedious. But with perseverance and patience, I learned to be more organized.
