Synacy PN Internship Program (SPIP)
Ten successful applicants from University of San Carlos will begin their Synacy internship program this week.
The Synacy PN Internship Program (SPIP) will focus on specific product training, customer service operations as well as extensive mentorship sessions explaining the aspects of the business in a way that showcases a modern IT operation. The participants will be trained in different fields, from software development to account management, technical support, SEO and SEM. Synacy will also offer one-on-one coaching, mentoring and workshops that will enable them to develop their own learning plans which they can use in the future.
The 18-month program is intended to build candidate experience and exposure to the Synacy businesses as well as building their foundational core skill areas. At the end of the program, the trainees would have achieved the skills and confidence to gain employment with the company as well as to approach other future opportunities for themselves.
Synacy has partnered with Passarelles Numeriques (PN), a non-profit organization aimed at helping the most underprivileged youth earn a college degree in IT-related courses. This internship program will serve as a training ground in developing much-needed skills for the IT industry.
