Working thoughts from Accountant, Eden
I am Eden Fe Aldonza but my friends call me Pem. I work both as an accountant and bookkeeper for Synacy’s clients.
As a young company, I expect it to be interesting, innovative and bold in its ideas and concepts. I expect the people to be more passionate and driven in achieving its goals. As for myself, I expect to have fun and to learn a lot of new things here.
I traded my previous job for Synacy because first, the office location is more convenient for me and second, I love the flexible schedule which is the coolest thing to have in a company. It’s like a taste of freedom you can’t have in other companies.
My greatest achievement in my career is when our team, PHI Accounting Team, won the Kaizen Award in the regional level. It is an award given to branches who has exemplary performance in adapting changes and implementing new processes for the betterment of the whole company. For the more personal side, it may sound too mainstream but when talking about it, family always comes first. My greatest personal achievement is keeping my family intact despite the unavoidable circumstances. After all, they will always be my treasure.
