New Team Member, Executive Assistant Girly
My name is Girly Cabellon and I work as an Executive Assistant in Synacy. I was the first employee to work with Synacy and as an executive assistant, I assist the managers in their day-to-day activities and making sure that everything is run smoothly. I also assist other employees with their concerns.
Prior to joining Synacy, I worked in Olympus for 7 years as a document controller / internal auditor. The company unfortunately closed down last May 2012. I decided to put up a small business with the money I earned. It was a good start, however, I wanted to continue enjoying employee benefits which I could not achieve with my business. I then decided to work again.
The biggest achievement in my career so far was when I was working in Olympus. I was part of the team that worked for the company’s ISO accreditation. The company successfully got its certification in 2005.
I never expected too much when I joined Synacy since it is a startup company. But it amazed me how cool the company is. The managers are approachable and they care a lot for their employees. I love how people can interact with each other.
