Life as an Intern: Queenie Rosales
Queenie hails from Canlaon City, Negros Oriental and loves writing poems and reading books. For her, internships offer experience and a way to see what it is to actually work in the field. With the internship she has with Synacy, she learned new skills, developed her professional interests, expanded her personal network and gained valuable work experience that will prepare her when she graduates from college.
How did the PN course help you?
The PN course has molded me to become a young professional. They taught us the skills and the right work attitude through trainings and supervision applicable in the real world which would make us dynamic in the industry. The most important thing that is being shared by PN are the values that they taught us because I believe that attitude determines the altitude, not the aptitude.
What were your other choices for internship?
PN has a lot of partner companies to choose from. Other than Synacy, my other choices for internship were Trends and Technologies Inc., TIMEX, Accenture and ICOMM.

I’m hoping to use the skills I’ve learned in the classroom in a real-world setting and improve them, strengthen my transferable skills like communication, teamwork, professional etiquette and work ethic and gain experience to adapt in the industry.
Would you recommend Synacy as an internship and why?
Yes, I would definitely recommend Synacy as an internship because Synacy helps us develop our technical and professional skills. Synacy provides good training for interns and we are also allowed to explore on our own.
