I am Dale Duan and I work as a Digital Specialist with main roles including SEO, sale conversions and marketing for our brand products.
Aside from the salary and benefits, I like the free breakfast and lunch. I see it as a way of taking care of the employees especially that I normally don’t eat breakfast at home. I’m looking forward to it once it is implemented.
Upon looking at the company benefits and the care they give to their employees, I can see that Synacy will become one of the sought after company in the future. Although the benefits are the same with my previous company, Synacy has a better offer. The company does not have a dress code and the flexible schedule really fits me.
Being an SEO specialist, having your site or a client’s site rank on the top 3 or even the first page results of Google in a short period of time is a great achievement. Our team has achieved this in less than 3 months for multiple money keywords on different clients.
On my free time, I play online games such as DOTA.
